How does your garden grow with silver bells and cockle shells or weeds in a row?

I realized this morning my wife and I share a common interest. We both love gardening.

It has been hot lately so she tends her garden with diligence. She waters each plant individually making sure they get enough water. She pulls the weeds so the bad stuff does not strangle the good stuff. She knows each flower in her garden by name, when they bloom, how to take care of them and what nutrients to feed them to make them flourish.  She loves her garden and if you were to ask her a question about the various flowers, she would have the answer. She is the president of her garden. She loves to nurture her garden and watch it grow.

I feel the same way about my garden. The flowers, for me, are the businesses and people I work with in my consulting practice. I try to understand them individually and discover what nutrients make them grow and flourish. I know they need individual and diligent attention or the weeds will destroy my work. There are also many friends and family in my garden and I feel the same way about them. They need watering and nutrients so they can grow and I can enjoy watching them flourish. Each plant needs individual attention.

How does your garden grow with cockle shells and silver bells or weeds in a row? If you have some time today, do some watering and add a few inspirational nutrients.
