Should Sprint executives go job hunting?

LAST YEARS BLOG.

Dan Hesse is right. Hesse is the CEO of Sprint and they are offering a 30 day refund on your Sprint purchase. Buy it. Try it. And if you do not like, you get a full refund.

This is a huge bet for Sprint and it is one that I applaud. I hope they execute it with style, because a few unhappy customers who did not get their money back will spread faster across the web than a u-tube video of Steve Jobs. No amount of ad money will fix that problem. Now when Sprint finally jumps on the iPhone train they will be right back in the thick of the communications business.

But that aside, it is about time the phone companies started guaranteeing satisfaction. For too many years, they all guaranteed dissatisfaction and genuinely delivered. I applaud Hesse's decision. I would have loved to have heard the spirited discussion at the meeting where that pricing decision was made. Congratulations to Sprint.
